Message: I have been waiting for Hunter to provide service to our neighborhood. As soon as I saw their trucks installing I hopped on board. Both Jack, the sales rep, and Jordan, their installation guy, were great. They were professional, on time, reliable, and Jack did very clean work setting up the service. Best yet, they are local. No getting bounced to a foreign country for customer service. The Hunter app interface is user friendly, and the pricing is competitive. Very pleased!

Message: Overall the experience has been very good, easy to get everything set up. Patrick did a great job communicating with me to get stuff scheduled. Josh did a good job on the install, but did leave some fiber debris around the back patio. The junction box outside is also under a condensate drip spout, which leaves me worried that the box will continually be wet. Overall pretty good, but room for improvement.
