Message: Our central air unit stopped cooling on an 111° day. I called Allied in the afternoon & they sent a service man out the next morning! He had the part it needed in his van & had it fixed in under an hour! Super impressed with how quick they were to respond in the middle of a heat wave!

Message: Chris Johnson really went all out to help me. The techs are so smart very nice and very friendly. Jarra was the best. He went above and beyond to fix my issue. Message: I can only say excellent things about my experience with Allied Comfort Pro. I called them yesterday to speak to Becky (I think) who was very professional and kind. This is a really important aspect of my experience since I have an accent and people are not always this way (especially in area I live). She made an appointment for a house call the next day as my split system was leaking water from the unit. I was already impressed that I could get a next day appointment during a heatwave. On the day of the service, I received a text message with a picture of their service professional Austin, letting me know he's headed to my house. Upon meeting, Austin was very professional and kind too. He explained what he's going to do and took care of the problem quickly. I was even able to ask him some questions I couldn't get answers from googling on split systems, which was an added bonus. I thought the charge was reasonable, too. I'm glad now I have a wonderful and trustworthy company I can call whenever/if I have any more issues with my split system in future. I highly recommend their service to anyone and everyone!

Caleb, David, Josh and Steve did such an amazing job on the installation of our new mini-splits! All the guys loved on Tilly, my chi weenie and treated all of us like family. Message: Richard B came to my house to fix the compressor for my AC after it stopped functioning. He was at my house less than 2 hours after we called and had it fixed in under 15 minutes. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Allied Comfort Pro sent a text to let me know who my technician would be when he was on his way, sent a picture and some background on him as well.
