One of their technicians, Jeff, has done most of my routine maintenance and is always professional, very knowledgeable, personable and usually arrives early! He recently installed a new motor in my Heat pump and did a great job. This was during a period of 100 degree weather. He identified the trouble, ordered the motor, and arranged delivery during the time he was working on the unit the next day. I had not expected to find relief from the heat so quickly. Thanks, Jeff! Even let us borrow heaters to help keep our house warm until we could get the new heating system installed. Use excellent products and everyone from repairer, estimator, office staff and the installers were all awesome. Message: I have had National Heating and Air Conditioning technicians out to my home in Ashland, OR twice this summer. First to do an initial inspection and service on my air conditioner. A couple of months later my HVAC fan motor needed replacement. Both times they responded promptly and they were knowledgeable. Each time they understood what I wanted and took care of it quickly. I found their charges for parts & services quite affordable. I am happy to depend on their services again for any of my HVAC needs in the future. I can recommend them highly!

Message: I highly recommend this company! They are reputable, friendly, & economical! We have a two story home with one thermostat, we have struggled for the last five years to keep the upstairs liveable without the downstairs being an icebox. Rick came out and went over our options, was very pleasant, didn't rush through it, & answered all my questions. After receiving the quote we decided to add a second thermostat to the upstairs which required a bypass to be put in creating a second zone. Greg & Ronny came out on the scheduled day to do the work. They did an excellent job! They were very professional & friendly, despite it being a very hot day! Answered all the questions I had on how the bypass would work & made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. It has been 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the results! It is now comfortable both upstairs & downstairs! Very satisfied customer! I have been using National Heating & Air to service my heat pump since I bought my home in 2015. Jeff, comes out every 6 months for the service call, he calls the morning of the appt. & gives a 2 hour window of when he will be there, he always arrives during that time. He is very friendly & knowledgeable & is always willing to take the time to answer any questions I may have. I am very happy with this service & will continue using them.
